Fresh And Pretty Girls’ Outfits For Spring

I took a detour on my way back to the office from preschool drop-off this morning. I needed a little break after a long week, and looking for kids’ clothes always makes me feel less guilty than if I were looking for myself! In the short time I was in the mall, I found two adorable Spring outfits for the girls.

As you all know by now, I’m not one for bright clothes with patterns or animals on them, or worst of all… sayings like “Mommy Loves Me!” Any clothes of this nature are immediately deemed pajamas.  I prefer softer colors in feminine and vintage-y styles. I found this light and airy chiffon layered dress with pretty rosettes by Max Studio Baby. I love the pretty gray bow in the back – It adds a surprise element of chic. Best of all, once Mandy grows out of it as a dress, it then becomes a tunic.

I immediately fell in love with this softer than soft denim dress with flutter sleeves and a scalloped hem by H&M Kids. It has a deluxe, yummy softness to it, unlike standard stiff denim (which the girls refuse to wear!). It’s the prettiest shade of powder blue – Just perfect for Spring. To top it off, I found this amazing kid-size fringed pink cross body purse. My girls love purses, and they tend to favor cross body bags. It is funny how they have already formed strong fashion opinions at such young ages. The dress is in stock here.

I was tempted to add on an adorable pair of fringed boots, but I know when to stop (well, most of the time, at least!). I hope this provides a little inspiration for dressing your little ones this Spring and Summer!
