Embarrassingly enough, I have been using infant hooded towels for the girls. Yes, they are fine for Mandy, but Hailey and Ashley are 4 1/2 and 3-years-old. They worked, but didn’t cover too much at once. Mom to the rescue. My mom, that is. She just gave each of the girls full-size hooded bath towels. I didn’t even know that there was such a thing. I am typically not a fan of animals on clothing (baby animals on kids’ clothes are a definite pet peeve… Even worse if there is a cutesy saying along with it), but these towels are actually pretty cute. And they are very soft. Hailey has a pink cat, Ashley has a purple monkey, and Mandy has a yellow duck.
Not only do these towels have hoods, but they also have pockets for the girls’ hands. Now I can dry more of their bodies at once. If only I can get the girls to stop running around the house using them as capes. Or, why bother?… They are having too much fun.
